Qualifications:
- CDA Certification preferred
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- OR equivalent hands-on infant childcare experience
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be nurturing, dependable, patient, and attentive
