Qualifications:

CDA Certification preferred
Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
OR equivalent hands-on infant childcare experience
Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be nurturing, dependable, patient, and attentive

You enjoy cuddles, story time, developmental play, music, tummy time, and helping little ones reach important milestones in a safe and loving environment. You understand that caring for infants requires patience, compassion, consistency, and genuine love.
