Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and passionate Lead Teachers / Senior Staff to work with children under the age of 5. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a genuine love for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

Lead daily classroom activities and routines
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
Conduct observations and support individual care plans (preferred)
Maintain compliance with center policies and licensing requirements
Use positive discipline strategies to guide children’s behavior
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with families

Qualifications

Experience working with children under age 5 in a classroom setting (required)
Strong classroom management and leadership skills
Creative, organized, and dependable
Flexible and adaptable in a team environment
Self-motivated and proactive
Experience with lesson planning and child assessments preferred
