Summary:
Assist the Teacher in the performance of daily classroom activities and duties to prepare the children for school readiness
Responsibilities:
· Follow Daily activities
· Follow lesson plans
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Qualifications:
· The Teacher’s Aide must possess a High School Diploma or GED, and Child Care I & II. Teacher’s Aides must also be willing to enroll in courses and/or training, in addition to having one year of teaching experience. Training is provided for Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials.
· Candidates must pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
· High School Diploma or Equivalent.
· Be friendly
· Strong communications skills
Details:
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 3.30pm
Hourly Rate/Range: $16.31 per hour
Status/Classification: Full-Time
