Are you a passionate, experienced early childhood educator ready to lead a classroom of curious, creative, and capable four-year-olds? Annie’s ELC is looking for a dedicated Lead 4’s Teacher to join our team and help prepare children for kindergarten and beyond in a nurturing, play-based, and developmentally appropriate environment.
What You'll Do:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum and learning standards
- Foster social, emotional, and academic growth in a child-centered classroom
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and teaching team
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning space
- Observe, assess, and document children’s development and progress
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain a high-quality program
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred
- At least 1–2 years of classroom teaching experience with preschoolers
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Ability to plan creative, hands-on activities that support all domains of learning
- Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Must meet state licensing requirements and pass background checks
