Lead & Assistant Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their education. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills.

```Responsibilities```- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child- Monitor and assess individual student progress- Collaborate with parents to support each child's educational journey- Maintain open communication with colleagues and administrators- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior

```Skills```- Strong understanding of childhood development principles- Experience working with children in a classroom setting- Effective behavior management skills- Knowledge of special education practices and techniques- Familiarity with early childhood education curriculum frameworks- Ability to provide nurturing care for toddlers and preschoolers- Excellent classroom management skills- Passion for working with preschool-aged children

Qualifications

-90 Hour Infant & Toddler & Pre-School Certification or Child Development Associate OR commitment to complete within 60 of joining

-Must have High school diploma or college degree

-Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working with children
