Job Overview
We are seeking a warm, energetic, and dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for early childhood education, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to foster postitive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. We are a concious discipline based center. You must be open and eager to learning and training.

Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering curriculum, taking observations, and completing progress reports.
Lead small group activities, storytimes, and arts and crafts under the guidance of the Lead Teacher.
Maintain supervision of children at all times both indoors and outdoors.
Assist with daily routine care. including diapering/potty training, meal and snack prep, and hand washing.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom.
Partner effectively with the lead teacher and administrators.
Greet parents warmly at pick-up and drop-off.
Adhere to all MSDE licensing regulations.
Maintain a positive and uplifting work environment.

Experience

High school diplmoa or equivalent.
Prior daycare expeirence preferred.
Mandatory classes such as: ADA, Center Aid Orientation , CPR & First Aid, Support in Breastfeeding, Basic Health & Safety, 9 hour communication is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
