We are looking for multiple experienced Teachers: Lead teachers for our Infant/Toddler, Twos room, and our preschool rooms.

The Lead Teachers will create an environment that allows children to achieve their full potential. They will perform duties such as planning, organizing and evaluating their classroom, overseeing student instruction and facilitating interactions between teachers and parents. The successful candidate will have experience working with children, excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.

Hourly rate is based on Education, Certifications and Experience

Qualifications:

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years' experience working with their respective age group, is required.
MD 90 Hour Infant and Toddler Certification (Required)
CPR Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

Have excellent classroom management skills.
Observe each child daily to assess skills, interests, and needs and use this information to facilitate learning and growth.
Develop innovative teaching methods.
Keep abreast of current knowledge in the field of Early Childhood Education.
Meet regularly with Teacher Aides to develop weekly plans and activities.
Assist the Center Director in providing orientation and training for new staff, substitutes, and volunteers.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
