I am seeking an experienced child care professional interested in joining the program as a Co-Provider

Family Child Care Co-Provider | Salary + Generous Profit-Sharing Opportunity | No Financial Investment Needed

Discovery Playhouse Family Child Care is a fully licensed Maryland Family Child Care program located in Germantown, Maryland.

The program is fully furnished, fully equipped, and ready to serve infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in a bilingual Spanish-English learning environment.

The program has a licensed capacity of up to eight children, participates in Maryland EXCELS Level 3, and the Owner/Provider holds a Maryland Child Care Credential Level 5.

I am seeking an experienced child care professional interested in joining the program as a Co-Provider and long-term business associate.

No financial investment is required.

I am not seeking an investor. I am seeking an experienced child care professional whose contribution would be their child care experience, knowledge, dedication, and desire to help grow a high-quality Family Child Care program.

The ideal candidate would enjoy working with children, building trusting relationships with families, conducting tours for prospective parents, and helping grow enrollment within the program.

Experienced mothers or grandmothers, former Family Child Care Providers, retired or semi-retired providers, lead teachers, and experienced early childhood professionals are encouraged to inquire.

Compensation may include both salary and profit-sharing based on experience, responsibilities, enrollment growth, and level of involvement.

A significant investment of time, training, licensing, furnishings, educational materials, and program development has already been made. The program is operational, enrollment-ready, and currently receiving inquiries from prospective families.

If you are interested in helping build and grow a quality bilingual Spanish-English Family Child Care program from the beginning and would like to explore a long-term collaboration, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
