Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Educator to join our team at Heaven Sent Early Learning Center. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that promotes the growth and development of young children. Your contributions will be vital in shaping their early educational experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment for children to explore and learn.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
- Promote positive behavior management techniques to encourage social skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all children.
Requirements
- CDA or 90 Hr Preschool Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
