Assistant Teacher or Lead Teacher (2 & 3 Year Old Classroom)

Premier Learning Center is looking for a positive, dependable teacher to join our team now, and through the 2026-2027 school year!
We're currently hiring for either an Assistant Teacher or Lead Teacher position in our 2/3-year-old classrooms.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay
- Lead Teacher: $18/hour
- Must have a 90 Hour Certification or equivalent
- Assistant Teacher: $16/hour
- No certification required
- Interested in early childhood education? We're happy to help the right candidate obtain certification and grow in the field.

About Premier Learning Center
Premier Learning Center is a privately owned preschool located on a beautiful 50-acres in Davidsonville, MD. We serve 75 children ages 18 months through school-age and pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment.
Our teachers work together to plan fun events, celebrate childhood, and make every day engaging for our students. We have a strong team culture and are looking for someone who wants to become part of our school family for a least the duration of the school year.
