Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our school standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth
- Use effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and ensure student success
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and administrators
- Maintain records of student attendance and academic, social and emotional progress
Qualifications:
- 90 hours certification (infant/toddler 90 hours). - High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
