As an Assistant Teacher, you will:
- Partner with the Lead Teacher to support daily classroom activities and learning experiences
- Supervise and engage children during playtime, meals, and transitions
- Help create a warm, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Support children with special needs by following individualized plans and guidance from the Lead Teacher
- Encourage positive behavior, social development, and independence
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and families
