**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a genuine interest in fostering the academic and personal growth of students.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum

- Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction

- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment

- Conduct assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and student support initiatives

- Create a classroom environment that provides for student envolment in the learning process

-Confers with students and parents regard progress/ probles of assigned students

-Maintains accurate and complete records

-Monitors appropriate use of equipment, textbooks, materials and facilities

-Performs other duties as assigned

**Skills:**

-Ability to infuse technology into curriculum

- Excellent knowledge of the teaching and learning process

- Ability to work effectively with children of varying learning styles and abilities

- Familiarity with learning technology tools for educational purposes

- Strong behavior management skills

- Expertise in lesson planning tailored to student needs

- Understanding of childhood development stages and educational theories

- Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support

-Ability to work effectively with students, parents, administrators and collegues

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
