We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Childcare Teachers
Assistant Teachers
Childcare Aides

Our program focuses on school readiness, positive learning environments, and strong relationships with families. We are looking for team members who are patient, responsible, and excited to make a difference in children’s lives every day.

Responsibilities may include:

Supervising and ensuring the safety of children at all times
Assisting with classroom activities and daily routines
Supporting children’s learning through play, reading, and hands-on activities
Helping maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Communicating respectfully with children, staff, and families
Assisting teachers with lesson activities and transitions throughout the day
Encouraging positive behavior and social development

Qualifications

Childcare Teachers

Must meet Maryland childcare teacher qualifications
Experience in early childhood education preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills

Assistant Teachers

High school diploma required
Some experience working with children preferred but not required

Childcare Aides

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No experience required — we will train the right candidate
Must enjoy working with children and be dependable

All Positions Must:

Pass a background check and fingerprinting
Be reliable, professional, and team oriented
Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn
