Job Summary

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive curricula that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning needs, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
Create engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and critical thinking among students.
Manage classroom behavior effectively to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment conducive to learning.
Implement early intervention strategies to support children with special education needs or developmental delays.
Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain order and encourage positive social interactions among students.
Conduct assessments using standardized testing and formative evaluations to monitor student progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support child welfare, developmental milestones, and academic success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
Proven classroom experience with preschool or early childhood education settings.
Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management, and childcare best practices.
Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is preferred.
Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring activities.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and team members effectively.
