Are you passionate about caring for infants and helping them reach important developmental milestones? We are looking for a Lead Infant Teacher to join our team and create a safe, loving, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

We have positions avaiable at two of our centers:

Old Mother Hubbard located at 20 S. Hilton Street, Baltimore, MD, 21229
The Bounce Playhouse Learning Center located at 2471 Frederick Avenue, Baltimore, MD, 21223

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating infant classroom
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Ensure all children are supervised and cared for at all times
Track feedings, diaper changes, naps, and daily activities
Maintain open and professional communication with parents
Lead and support assistant teachers in the classroom
Follow all licensing and health/safety regulations

Requirements:

At least one year of experience working with infants (childcare center experience preferred)
90-hour Infant/Toddler certification
9 hour communication, ADA, and BHS certifications
Strong understanding of infant development
Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
Must pass a background check (required for childcare facilities)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
